I recently discovered a leak from my refrigerator that had apparently been going on for who knows how long. I noticed water coming up through the floor tiles and contacted my insurance company, and eventually led me to SERVPRO. So far, my experience has been excellent! Although my house is currently in a bit of chaos with all the fans and drying equipment, the staff—Edwin, Butch, Dakota, Matthew, and Matt R.—have been wonderful. They have all been friendly, professional, and dependable. They communicate well, return calls, follow through on what they say they’re going to do, and make sure things keep moving forward. This is still a work in progress, but I have no complaints so far. I truly appreciate the professionalism and customer service I’ve received from the team. I would recommend SERVPRO 100%! I’ll update my review if needed as the process continues, but so far, they have been great!
I had a Flood in Kitchen Den area, They showed up Took are of everything Their workers Blake, Butch , Gabe & Brian were very Polite took time to carefully Move stuff, Explain What they were going to do.. I was very Satisfied with them. !!
James and Gabe were amazing! They came in and told us exactly what they were going to do and our next steps. They even helped us take our entertainment center apart to help move it away from the wall. Would highly recommend this team to anyone with a water mitigation issue in the future. They were the best team we could have asked for.
Unfortunately due to faulty plumbing installation in our home we had another leak that required mitigation. Scheduled ServePro to get the job done and they did just that. They wasted no time doing what was needed which included cutting out the ceiling, wall and door frame. It was done professionally and I. A timely manner. Edwin and Dennis were friendly, professional and proficient. I definitely recommend ServePro for any mitigation and work there after to repair your home from water damage.
