San Marcos, California is a growing city with a population of close to 100k. From apartment buildings to single family residential homes, the city has a lot to offer. San Marcos is home to many of north county's breweries and boutique eateries. The city is nestled comfortably between San Diego and Riverside county. A short drive to Disneyland and an even shorter drive to Carlsbad beach.

San Marcos, California is home to a great schooling system as well as local state college CSUSM which has a pipeline flow of students from local community college Palomar in our neighboring city of Vista. 

 Included in the list of places to visit when in town is Lake San Marcos. It is a beautiful man-made lake created in 1946. It is home to 2,000+ residents. Located on the marina is an elegant restaurant that allows you to sit and enjoy the view of the serene lake water. 

Although the city mostly experiences sunny days, there are times of the year when storms hit heavy. San Marcos is susceptible to water damage from floods, thunderstorms, and internal matters such as burst pipes in a home.

SERVPRO is an amazing company and would highly recommend. The team Kevin, Felix and Xavier did an amazing job from start to finish. Kevin was very informative and walked me through the steps on what will happen next. With Felix coming in to do the demo on the area that was wet from the pipe leak and lastly to Xavier giving me the great news the walls and floors were now dry, cleaning the area and letting me know it’s now ready for restoration. Servpro recently completed a small reconstruction job for our HVAC platform at our home. Cesar did a great job with the work, was very friendly and communicated every step of the way.
