After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

We were initially referred to Servpro years ago to address a rat infestation in our attic. The SERVPRO team did an amazing job of cleaning and sanitizing the area and we have not had issue since!!! Recently, we again contacted SERVPRO to demolish a rat infested shed and to clean up and sanitize the surrounding area as well as throw garbage and wood from my father's old workshop & carport.
