We cannot say enough wonderful things about Rudy. He has been absolutely phenomenal throughout the final phase of repairs to our home following our fire. Beyond the quality of his painting and drywall work, what has really stood out to us is the care and consideration he puts into everything he does. Because we are living in our home while the remaining repairs are being completed, Rudy takes the time every single day to make sure our home is put back together so that we can resume our normal life in the evenings. He is incredibly respectful of our space, cleans up thoroughly, stays on schedule, and communicates with us every step of the way. After such a long and difficult restoration process, having someone like Rudy working in our home has made such a difference. He takes pride in his work, pays attention to the details, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. He is professional, kind, and incredibly considerate—and on top of all of that, we genuinely enjoy having him around. He has made this final phase of our restoration so much easier for us. We are incredibly grateful for his expertise and everything he has done to help get our home back to where it should be. Also- updating my review to reflect Marvin since I am unable to review the same location twice. Marvin with SERVPRO did a great job with the work in our home. He installed the tile in our bathroom, our new vanity, baseboards, and handled several other finishing details throughout the house. Everything was done extremely well, and the high quality of his work really shows. He has great attention to detail, and everything looks lovely. Marvin was professional, reliable, and took the time to make sure everything was completed properly.
