What our
Kellytown customers are saying

Ron was my project manager and I cannot say how much he went out of his way to take care of my needs when I had water damage to my home. I was his first concern for my needs and satisfaction for the work being preformed. He communicated with my insurance company and kept me informed constantly. I recommend SERVEPRO and Ron Jackson for anything their company provides.

Robert Moore

5 Stars ?!? Should be more stars ! Eric the PM shown up within 1.5 hrs. from a previous job. He instanting started taking mold readings as well as laying out an attack to cature all the water and start removing carpet. Thomas / Anthony shown up 45 min. to an hr later. Remember, they were coming from another job. They left at 12 :15 or 12:30 with blowers on and several dehumidifiers pulling down the humidity. Eric returned the next day to check moisture readings as well as move blowers and humidifiers where they were greatly needed. Blowers / humidifiers ran all weekend , humidity was 68 % when they started , now sits at 41 % . Jonathan / Michael shown up this morning ( Monday ) to further check moisture readings and to gather equipment. All the techs and Eric was personable as well as very professional, to the point of laughing about football , life in general. Call was made @ 4:30 to Alfredo then Kayce took over getting teams ready and on scene...after hours no doubt !! I highly urge / recommend anyone to use this ServPro Team from Henry Co. If you use someone else , you'll get less than STELLAR results !! You guys , and Kayce ROCK !
