What our
Ukranian Village customers are saying
Fernando Perez and his team came to my place to work on the mitigation from flooding in my kitchen. They arrived and did the work efficiently and quickly. They brought in the equipment, removed the damaged areas, and made sure to prevent mold. They were very thorough in that everything was done correctly and efficiently. They treated everything as if it was their own. Fernando even took the extra time to make sure and explained everything they were doing and answered all the questions I had during the process. My overall experience with Fernando and his team was amazing. He is very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, well trained, thorough, and reliable. I would highly recommend!
Alex and Jonas were great! We needed our wall removed ahead of a crumbling beam inspection. They arrived as scheduled, explained everything that was going on step-by-step, keep the unit clean and floor protected, and clearly outlined next steps as we work to resolve the issue.
Carlos and his team did a great job with mitigation for some water damage in my kitchen. They were punctual, polite, efficient and professional. The damage was removed very well. Jesus also did a great job with bringing in equipment to remedy the damage before the demo team could arrive and helping me navigate this process around some personal challenges. Sinoe set the tone upon his first visit by putting me at ease with this entire process and getting my head around the project ahead. I look forward to seeing how the reconstruction goes.
Very prompt courteous and professional
I really appreciated the quick response that Tony Ramirez and Luis Serrano provided today. The area had a storm with significant flooding and damage and I was so grateful to have my property treated for the water damage before mold becomes a concern. Thank you.
Carlos and his band of merry men came in like a white tornado and Did the job. They picked up planks of wood and secured all the areas so that dirt wasn’t spread. Got the water out of the floor. We had water in the floor. They were terrific.
We came about working with SERVPRO after dealing with water damage from our neighbors fire. We had damage to all 3 floors of our home. Jose Olvera and his team came out the same night to assess the damage and put interventions in place to reduce as much damage as they could. They came out multiple times -the same day to fix any concerns we had. Jose did a great job of explaining the repair process to us, answering any and all questions and went above and beyond to communicate with our insurance especially when they wouldn’t answer in a timely manner. He made it clear that he was always available, he would answer calls and texts immediately. I highly recommend working with SERVPRO- West town/ south loop/ greektown location. Their professionalism along with their compassion for our situation is something you rarely see now a days.
Carlos and his crew were amazing and came to Us in the middle of a disaster. Appreciate him and all of his crew. It was traumatizing for us after a pipe burst in our home but he helped us get through the process.
Jose O and his team were helpful and professional
