Nathan and Rob (Amazon) were just great. I felt like they really knew how to do the work, very knowledgeable. Really nice guys too. That's very important to me. After a large tree fell on our house and completely caved in the roof of our Great room the ServePro team led by Ashton and Nate did a fantastic job of removing the debris and all of the damaged property including wet drywall, carpet and flooring. The team worked for 8 straight days and filled multiple dumpsters until everything that was damaged was gone. They had multiple dehumidifier and air purifiers running for days to dry everything quickly to prevent mold. Both Ashton and Nate kept us fully informed throughout the mitigation process. We couldn't have asked for a better restoration team than ServePro of Brighton.
