After experiencing EXTENSIVE water damage to our home, we were faced with what would become an eight-month journey of putting everything back together. I cannot say enough good things about the entire SERVPRO team and how they helped us through the process. Kevin came out the very same day we called to assess the damage and immediately begin mitigation. He also recommended a wonderful public adjuster who helped us navigate the insurance process and secure temporary housing. From day one, we felt like we were in capable hands. Pat was absolutely amazing when it came to managing the mitigation and packing up our belongings. He and his team took such great care with everything and organized our things in storage so thoughtfully and practically that we could actually find what we needed throughout those eight months. When it came time to move everything back in, they were just as helpful and incredible. Their attention to detail and care for our belongings did not go unnoticed. And then there’s DAVE. Dave was THE MAN! I honestly don’t know how we would have gotten through the reconstruction process without him. He coordinated EVERYTHING—carpenters, painters, flooring, electricians, plumbers, and everything in between. He was our go-to person for just about everything involved in getting our home back together. My husband and I can be pretty particular about how we want things done, and Dave handled us with an incredible amount of patience 😂! He listened to what we wanted, paid attention to the details, and always did his best to make our vision happen. What impressed us most was that he seemed to actually care about making sure we were happy with the finished product. And when I say finished, I mean 100% FINISHED. Not 90%, not 95%, not “we’ll get back to that eventually.” Dave stayed in communication, followed up, and made sure every last detail was addressed. That level of dedication and accountability is something you don’t come across very often. The entire experience lasted about eight months, and while dealing with that much damage to your home is never easy, this team made an incredibly difficult situation as painless as it could possibly be. Everyone we worked with was professional, hardworking, accommodating, and were invested in getting our family back into our home. As strange as it sounds, after eight months of constant communication, a little part of me will actually miss these guys! I sincerely hope I NEVER have to see any of them again (no offense, guys!) but if life ever throws another disaster our way, there is absolutely no question who we’ll be calling! Thank you, Dave, Kevin, Pat, and the entire SERVPRO crew, for taking such great care of our home and our family. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and we wholeheartedly recommend you!

I was extremely impressed with Peter and his crew for mitigation of a water damage issue that affected three levels in my home. Service was extremely quick as Peter was here within an hour and a half of calling. The crew worked from 7 to 11:30 on a Friday night to handle the situation and came back a few times to continue the work/ check up. Peter stopped by separately numerous times to check on the work. I had a very positive experience with Serv-Pro after a burst pipe caused flooding in my kitchen and basement laundry area. They were recommended for flood cleanup and were so responsive and professional that I chose to use them for repair and restoration of the flood damage. I was assigned Dave O. as my project manager - a very nice, unflappable guy who tracked expenses and kept the project within budget. He assembled a great team, including Dave K. the carpenter; Joe the flooring guy, Coco the painter, and more whose names I can’t remember. Everyone was reliable and very pleasant, and did a wonderful job. Dave K. went out of his way to make sure the replacement kitchen cabinets were an exact match to the ones damaged by the flood. The entire staff was professional, always cordial and responsive to my questions. Serv-Pro’s motto is “Like it never happened.” I am very happy to say that I have my house back and it looks terrific - just “like it never happened.”
