Dublin Cleanup and Restoration

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with David from SERVPRO. When our bathroom flooded and water came through our kitchen ceiling, we panicked and had no idea what to do. David arrived and immediately made us feel like everything was under control. He set up the fans and dehumidifiers, walked us through the process, and took the time to answer every question and concern we had. When he came back for the necessary demolition, he continued to be patient, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. No one wants to deal with water damage in their home, but David made a really stressful situation so much easier. He was punctual, reassuring, and genuinely great to work with. We could not have asked for a better person to help us through it. Thank you, David!

I just had Dave and his fellow on-call coworker (can't remember his name, sorry man!), finish up with emergency services after hours. My water heater decided to turn my finished basement, which includes a home theater, bar (under construction), and my office, into a swamp. The guys were very polite, good communicators, and very professional. As a former director of marketing for a privately owned restoration company, I would be fortunate to have these two on my crew! We Just got as far as the assessment after a failed sump pump left water in our basement. We were impressed by Ali‘s presentation on the phone. She was professional, attentive and listened to what was needed. our holds were brief When she needed to clarify and answer for our questions. Her follow up was timely. Dave and Leonard were prompt for their appointment the next morning. They introduced themselves and what they would be doing during this visit. they set up and collected information from their equipment, as well as a narrative from my daughter and I. Dave, especially, took the time to educate us as to how Servpro works, and what to expect through this process. He is a young man of exceptional knowledge About all aspects of this industry. We had learned Information for this situation as well as for our future as homeowners.

The work was done at my mother's house, and I was the point of contact yet lived over an hour away. She got water in her finished basement. Rug needed removed, some furniture removed and I was concerned about mold. I mostly talked with Ashleigh in the office and she was very responsive. She provided a lot of information and guidance through the insurance process. I was always told when someone was coming and they were flexible in scheduling. Dave and his crew completed the work in the house. Dave was also very communicative and responsive. Dave told me exactly what needed done and I felt they went above and beyond. When I saw the basement, it smelled better than it had in years, it was clean, and I am confident there is no mold, which was my biggest concern. My mom said Dave and his crew were very nice.

Really just so grateful for the competence, kindness, and communication of Brian and the team. They took good care of the water issue, but also looked out for my pets, kept things clean, and really just generally were a very reliable and trustworthy team.

The Servpro team of Brian, Leron, T, and Dave did a great job cleaning up our basement damaged by a pipe leak.

Brian and the team were great. Everyone was knowledgeable and informative. After initially calling the team came out quickly. They were responsive and helpful.
