Hi, Kenny got sent out Saturday afternoon after I got done with my patients. He stayed and did all the testing and inspection in my multi floor 2 bathroom flood and spent the time to explain what was going on. He took his time setting up the equipment so it was as out of the way as possible and didn't use the outlets I needed to live in my house with minimal interruptions.
