Rhawnhurst is a residential neighborhood in the Northeast section of Philadelphia, named for George and William Rhawn by area real estate developers. This densely urban area is in between Fox Chase and Lexington Park.

While much of Northeast Philadelphia was developed in 1940, Rhawnhurst was still farmland. The baby boom after World War II caused a demand for housing that continued into the 1960s. The new housing stock was built in the open areas of Northeast Philadelphia. Most homes in Rhawnhurst are twins, along with some ranchers and duplexes, largely built by local home builder A.P. Hi, Kenny got sent out Saturday afternoon after I got done with my patients. He stayed and did all the testing and inspection in my multi floor 2 bathroom flood and spent the time to explain what was going on. He took his time setting up the equipment so it was as out of the way as possible and didn't use the outlets I needed to live in my house with minimal interruptions. He Javier and Clever did a fantastic job and were cool enough to be flexible with taking the time for me to get home and walk me through it.
