While out of the country on vacation I experienced a house flood. I had a good experience with SERVPRO. There is a lot of moving parts when dealing with a flood such as water removal, flood clean up, packing out your home, and the demo process and it can be overwhelming. The SERVPRO team did a fantastic job at all those things and guiding me with expertise through the process. Special shout out to Julie Zamora, Project Manager and her team: Maria, Fernando, Kyle, Gavin, Jose, and Jair. Julie was there with me every step of the way and even made sure she was there to connect with my insurance adjuster so everyone was on the same page. This team was so fast with the clean up, gentle with my personal items and patiently walking me through all the steps. I felt they all had my best interests at heart and I was supported through it all. In my experience both safety for all involved and customer service satisfaction were top priorities.
