Juan is no doubt one of the reasons Redlands/Yucaipa Servpro has a solid reputation. He was punctual, professional and honest. Juan explained clearly what I would need done and was honest about what didn’t need to be done regarding a potential mold issue after a water heater leaked through my walls.
