Great service from the start! We had a water heater leak into our full-finished basement. Marie was the first person I spoke with and because of her I chose ServPro. Then Eric ...he was awesome! He put up with my requests (o.k. at times near-demands!) and needs...bless him! Lol Nothing was ever a problem as far as he was concerned and he always responded to my texts very quickly. And then the was Bobby who did lots of the handy work and painting after the mitigation commenced. He was great to work with and always went the extra mile for us. And Rich...lucky us! He headed up the re-build team and it went flawlessly. Always in touch with me and ALWAYS accommodating! Returned my texts in seconds! And his team of guys who were responsible for my pack-backs from the storage bins...wonderful!!! I had the pleasure of Trevor again (he inially helped immensely with the pack-up) and he was just as accommodating with the pack-back process! Xavier and Antionio also helped ...they all were so nice, extremely helpful and let me say again...NOTHING was a problem to any of them. They just smiled, we had laughs, and the job was completed without a hitch! They then sent over Andrea to clean after our renovation was complete. She did a 5-star job! Would I recommend ServPro...in a heartbeat!
