With so much rain recently, it seeped into my basement. My call was answered by Mackenzie right away and she quickly and efficiently got me in contact with the Gurnee office where Ruth was also understanding and had a crew come out that morning. The team that morning was thorough and efficient. This group explained everything and followed through on all they said they were going to do. They were a huge help! I'll definitely be calling them again! Thank you, Mackenzie, Ruth and team!!!

I received the most efficient and professional service during one of the most stressful moments as a homeowner from Julio, Everardo, Brandon and Roberto. They communicated the process, every step of the way and made sure I was well informed of what to expect. I appreciate their support and efforts because it reassured me that my home was in great hands!

Arturo with the mitigation team and Jeremy with the reconstruction team did a fantastic job getting my basement back together after a failed sump pump. They both communicated well, used professional equipment and got my basement back to how it was looking before in no time. They worked hard and now I am able to enjoy it again. I would highly recommend Servpro especially Jermey and Arturo!

We have used ServPro of Gurnee several times for water damage in our new home and have been so impressed every time, cannot recommend them highly enough in an emergency. John, Arturo, Jhon B and Lino all had high levels of professionalism and were so careful with our house. I was nervous with it being new but they took every precaution and got it back to its original state without damage! They did not oversell us but also gave me confidence there wouldn’t be any lasting impact. The office was also great to work with and so accessible. I feel so fortunate to have found this company!

All of the crews did a very good job, Coco and Eli did a wonderful job doing the final cleanup. Would highly recommend

They say everything happens for a reason, and I wonder if the reason we had a kitchen fire was so I could experience the excellent service I got from the ServPro cleaning crew. Starting with Everardo, the crew captain, and all the crew: Julio, Brandon, Coco, Issac, Lino, Arturo, and John B ( I hope I didn't miss anyone). They had the highest work ethic, were polite, and energentic throught the 6 days they worked at our house. It can be unsettling to have strangers in your home, cleaning each and every item that has smoke damage, washing your clothes and packing your belongings to be taken to their facility for cleaning; but because of their professionalism I knew I could trust them. Even my little dogs liked them, and they are particular! I would definately recommend the crew from the Gurnee office to anyone who needs restoration work. They are all invited back for some homemade Horchata once my kitchen restoration is complete!

When life throws you lemons make lemon poundcake 🍋 Thank you to: Young John, Tanner, Isaac Jr, Old Man John, Kyle, and all the other nice men that did my mitigation service. You guys were a true blessing. And to the efficient dispatcher "thank you for getting that call out promptly!" Excellent customer service!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service from Servpro during our water remediation. The crew was professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. Huge thanks to Julio, Brandon, Manuel, Tanner, Deanna, and Betza for their hard work, clear communication, and care for our home. They made a stressful situation much easier and delivered excellent results. Highly recommend Servpro!
