What our
customers are saying
All of the people at ServPro were polite and helpful: from the telephone responder, to the estimator, the work supervisor, and the demolition workers. The work was neat, tidy and quick. Carpeting, carpet strips, baseboards, drywall, and insulation were removed without generating a mess. All compromised materials were removed. ServPro did not provide a determination of what caused the moisture since it was not a plumbing issue. To all appearances the water was seeping through the concrete basement wall but not entirely clear since the wall was not actively seeping when the demolition was done. I had pulled up the wet carpet and padding so was not looking for an emergency response but they quickly scheduled the estimator and workers coming out.
I strongly recommend Gaithersburg SERVPRO. They did us right with a water damage repair job; the second time I've used them on these types of jobs. The Mitigation team was superb in their communication and in resolving the damage and it's source (poor waterproofing under vinyl siding). The dispatcher Sarielle, our crew chief Kyle, and the team are top tier professionals!!
The service was professional and appointments were honored. The team was friendly and any questions were answered.
Peter was polite, patient and professional. He got back to me immediately when I left messages and answered all of questions completely. He monitored the work being done and sent me pictures at my request. The crew was polite and efficient.
SERVPRO of Gaithersburg/Germantown were outstanding to work with. Of course, it was the people - Sarielle in the office and Ross in the field were excellent with their communication, and the whole operation was very professional from start to finish. This was a mold remediation project in a condo HVAC closet. They gave us good advice and service. Very happy.
Service was prompt, professional and friendly
Servpro is one of the best companies I’ve come across for packing out my home, Flood restoration and cleanup. What a great customer service they provided and very sufficient. Kudos to Ross,, Mauricio and Fidel for doing such an excellent job. Also a special thanks to Shelley And team for the packout. Looking forward to the next steps to come. OMG. Theses guys were true miracle workers. They had the most hazardous cleanup! They did it with grace, speed and efficiency. Thank God for this crew Ross, Eli, Steven, Roberto, and Karla, ❤️❤️❤️
Great experience working with this ServPro team. The office manager Sarielle was able to quickly set me up with mitigation services and explain the process and timeline. She was friendly and very professional. The crew chief Dago and team member Jose went above and beyond in their level of service turning our disaster into a great experience. The team worked well with my insurance and made the process painless. I’d highly recommend their services!
