As a corporate commercial and residential maintenance professional for 28 years, I have had interactions with hundreds of vendors throughout those years. Many lay claim to all levels of professional work but very few actually live up to that bold proclamation. Servepro is one of those few and I am very fortunate to have such professionals such as Matt, Matt (yes, there are two Matt's) and Reece, take on one of the most major flood projects that occurred at our building. The full assessment, process and communication with Servepro was what all vendors should aspire to. The technology that helped formulate our first plan of attack involved thermo and Xray tools that allowed us to see within the walls and make determinations as to how drastic of wall removal was necessary without punching random holes in the walls that many other companies will do. When that conclusion was met, a careful selection was cut from all walls and essentially an entire ceiling was removed. When the last of the insulation was pulled, it was carefully bagged and sealed, not leaving an ounce on the floor. They brought in a plethora of humidity and heat control fans and professionally wrapped and insulated the paths of said fans and dryers to optimize areas to eliminate mold growth and destroy any signs of existing mold. When all areas were deemed safe, and all tests conducted eliminated any notion of mold or mold growth, they brought in a 3D camera system that captured the entire room which blueprinted all measurements while also documenting the damaged areas. Once all of the data was collected, the next step was to replace part of the flooring, the ceiling, walls and re-insulate all areas that were necessary. When all of that enormous amount of work was completed, there was no possible way to even imagine the unit had been flooded. The simple fact of the matter is, when you want a complete and total solution to any emergency situation that occurs within your home or business, Servepro is the only company you should consider. The mitigation crew of ServoPro, led by Logan, and supported by Denton, Dave, and Tarek, did an exceptional job mitigating the water damage in our home. They were prompt, courteous, and kept us informed at each stage of the process. They were mindful of our belongings and kept the activities localized. A good experience under the circumstances.
Your company is helping me with water leak mitigation and restoration. This happened suddenly yesterday, and I made a call shortly after 8AM. By 10:30, your Production Manager was here. Shortly thereafter, your team, led by Don and assisted by Ivan, Miguel, and Eli, arrived to begin the work. They were efficient, communicative, courteous and overall very Logan continued the excellent work over the weekend as well! I wanted to make sure Don and his team got their review and were given the recognition they worked hard for.
Matt Mosely was a huge help in coordinating what service we needed to address a moisture issue that then required removal of some insulation and mold abatement. Very accommodating and patient in explaining the process. Logan and Eli came and did the work—also thoroughly explaining and running a smooth operation. They were quick, professional and kept everything contained. So wonderful to work with them all!
Ayden led a two-man crew in cleaning up our lower level that was water damaged due to a sewer backup. Communication and follow through were excellent. Prompt and polite.
My SERVPRO Team vacuumed and handwiped high ledges, cabinet tops, lighting fixture, and duct work cleaning. Logan and Eli did a great job. They're both professional and answered my questions. I am extremely pleased with the work they did.
