SERVPRO of Hannibal is locally owned and operated and has been serving Hannibal, Missouri, and the surrounding local communities since 2008. My situation was not the worst but still devastating to my family. Maggie and her assistant was at my home within two hours of my call (I am an hour away) they quickly cleaned up the water and set up the equipment for drying. Maggie went above and beyond in explaining everything. I even joked with her about someone else cleaning up my mess which really showed how relatable she is. Then came Dusty and Jace who finished tearing out the damaged floor. I can not thank them enough for their hard work and attention to detail.
When I discovered the leak in my basement, I immediately called Servpro. As soon as they could get a crew, they came to my home and worked non stop until all was well. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous.
One the team members, Zach, complimented my home despite the basement having been flooded and all of the carpet needing to be pulled. It reminded me that we still have an amazing house. Devon, a supervisor, also complimented the home. They worked hard and cleaned well and were as transparent as they could be.

Tim was able to quickly and professionally help with mitigation of flooding through an egress window in the basement. He also provided direction for me to do some of the work myself saving me hundreds.
The crew from Quincy are the ones who worked on my water problem and they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. I had to use the Hannibal QR code instead of the Quincy one because the Quincy code doesn’t work!
