What our
customers are saying
I have used Servpro of Nantahala several times now and they have done a great job each time. Kad and his team are all very responsive and very nice to work with. I would definitely recommend them.
We experienced water damage in our basement and contacted SERVPRO for help. From the very beginning, they were wonderful! This was a big job, requiring drywall and flooring to be removed, which is never a pleasant experience. Throughout the entire process, Rex was very quick to respond to our call/texts and always available to answer our questions. He was incredibly patient, thorough, and took the time to explain everything so we understood what was happening. Using ServPros repair team was alot easier than us having to contact and set up multiple contractors for the job. The crew was equally wonderful! They were respectful of our home, arrived when they said they would, and worked incredibly hard. Rex and his team took what could have been an extremely stressful experience and made it as smooth and painless as possible. We truly appreciate their professionalism, communication, and hard work. Thank you, Rex and the entire SERVPRO team!

Serv Pro did an outstanding job restoring my home after a lightning strike/fire. David the worksite Supervisor, oversaw the repairs and workmen. He was knowledgeable and took care of my home like it was his own. The folks in the office were available to talk with anytime I needed. I really can’t say enough good things about this company. I would HIGHLY recommend for any restorations you might need. G Harris.
