Vincent is the owner of Team Fabiani. He is an experienced owner with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in negotiation, budgeting, customer service, contractors, and sales management, he also is a strong entrepreneurship professional. Vincent has more than 20 years of experience in construction and has almost a decade of SERVPRO experience.

Beth Farnesi is the Senior Vice President at SERVPRO Team Fabiani. She holds a degree from San Diego State University and brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, business operations and organizational leadership. Beth supports the company’s operations, finance, human resources, administration and information technology functions. She is passionate about driving the company’s continued growth, supporting the success of the team and ensuring exceptional service for customers.

Raymond Felix is the Regional General Manager at SERVPRO Team Fabiani, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the restoration, construction, and emergency response industry. Throughout his career, he has led residential, commercial, and large-loss restoration projects, including nationally recognized disaster recovery efforts and complex commercial restoration projects valued in the millions of dollars. Ray provides strategic leadership across multiple locations, overseeing water, fire, mold, storm, environmental, contents, and reconstruction services. He holds numerous industry certifications, including IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT), as well as Commercial Loss Management, Pack-Out and Cleaning, and Texas All-Lines Adjuster credentials. Ray is passionate about developing restoration professionals, building strong client relationships, and helping customers recover quickly after disasters while delivering the highest level of service and professionalism.

Sean is the General Manager of SERVPRO of South Burlington County. He has over eighteen years of experience. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): WRT, ASD, AMRT, IOT Mold, Fire and Soot clean up, Carpet and Upholstery, Commercial dry out and management. You can find him over seeing all of the jobs and the crew members, making sure the customer is happy, meeting with adjusters and agents and doing estimates on Xactimate, selling and signing up new job leads, He also helps over see the business and marketing aspect of the company as well. He has 2 kids, a boy and a girl and is also a beloved husband.
