Vincent is the owner of Team Fabiani. He is an experienced owner with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in negotiation, budgeting, customer service, contractors, and sales management, he also is a strong entrepreneurship professional. Vincent has more than 20 years of experience in construction and has almost a decade of SERVPRO experience.

Beth Farnesi is the Senior Vice President at SERVPRO Team Fabiani. She holds a degree from San Diego State University and brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, business operations and organizational leadership. Beth supports the company’s operations, finance, human resources, administration and information technology functions. She is passionate about driving the company’s continued growth, supporting the success of the team and ensuring exceptional service for customers.

Raymond Felix is the Regional General Manager at SERVPRO Team Fabiani, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the restoration, construction, and emergency response industry. Throughout his career, he has led residential, commercial, and large-loss restoration projects, including nationally recognized disaster recovery efforts and complex commercial restoration projects valued in the millions of dollars. Ray provides strategic leadership across multiple locations, overseeing water, fire, mold, storm, environmental, contents, and reconstruction services. He holds numerous industry certifications, including IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT), as well as Commercial Loss Management, Pack-Out and Cleaning, and Texas All-Lines Adjuster credentials. Ray is passionate about developing restoration professionals, building strong client relationships, and helping customers recover quickly after disasters while delivering the highest level of service and professionalism.

Joe Hughes has been with SERVPRO for over fifteen years and is a Reconstruction Project Manager. He works hard to visit our customers quickly after the emergency service work has been completed to get their homes repaired as fast as possible. The work that Joe and the reconstruction department perform is incomparable, leaving customers elated at the finished service in their home.

Sandie Hughes is the Office Coordinator and has been with the team for over 15 years, spending time in every department. In 2009, she worked in the Storm Team division, traveling all over the east coast as a Coordinator. She became the Office Manager in 2012 and now serves as the first point of contact regarding office operations. Sandie is very proud of her strong Office team and is happy to be a resource for all departments within SERVPRO. She enjoys everyone she works with and looks forward to growth and many more years with everyone. Her team says she is the glue that keeps everyone together!

John is the Reconstruction Project Manager for SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. He has been with SERVPRO since 2021. John originally worked in the restoration side of SERVPRO for two years before managing the reconstruction department. He enjoys being outdoors to hunt and camp, riding dirt bikes and spending time with his family.

Cliff Masscotte is the Director of Business Development for SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. Cliff started with the company in February of 2016 as a Marketing Representative bringing more than 14 years of retail experience with him. Cliff now manages all marketing aspects for the company including: social media, website content, promotions, community engagement, customer satisfaction, and overall marketing for the franchises.

Cliff has his CERT(Community Emergency Response Team)certification in order to help in times of disaster. Cliff also has certifications for WRT, ASD, CDS, FSRT, and OCT. He may be reached at cmasscotte@SERVPRO8220.com.

George Phelps has been a Production Manager with SERVPRO for over seven years. He brings ten years of experience to SERVPRO in facility management and maintenance in the apartment industry. He has also worked in the construction and iron working field for ten years and has spent five years in the United States Marine Corps as a mortarman in the infantry. He is certified by IICRC for WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT and OCT. George also holds ASCS and VSMR for NADCA duct cleaning certifications.

Anthony Mahaffey is an Assistant Production Manager for SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. He retired from the United States Army with over fifteen years of Management and Training Readiness experience. He has also served as an Army ambassador and leader of community relations programs. Anthony has training in certifications including WRT/ASD and has a great reputation of exceeding customer expectations, building strong relationships, and leading teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. He enjoys fishing, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.

Desiree is a Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. She started as a Fire Technician with us and now holds years of experience in fires, content cleaning, mold remediation, bio-hazard clean-ups, and pack-outs. She has obtained certifications and training in smoke and odor control. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, riding her motorcycle, and watching movies.

Erica Moore-Winters is the Reconstruction Coordinator for SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. She brings a decade of customer service experience to the team, ensuring that the needs of our customers are always met. She is warm-hearted, reliable, and dedicated to her team. Erica looks forward to furthering her career here!

Tom is a Senior Fire Cleaner at SERVPRO of Lancaster East and Southern Lancaster County. He has been with our team for over ten years and is our longest standing team member! He has numerous years of experience in cleaning and construction work, even working as a mason for 20 years. With his well-rounded skills and abilities, he is able to take on just about anything. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and playing baseball. Here's a little fun fact about Tom, he made a replica model of the Dodgers Stadium which is currently displayed in the Baseball Hall of Fame in New York.
