Our basement flooded and Aura and Robert initially came to our house and they spent several hours working on our basement. Robert has been back out several more times to check on equipment and to make sure everything was drying, etc. Robert has been punctual and has been in communication with us almost daily to let us know the progress. Courtney and Megan have done an awesome job helping us with cleaning up insulation that was damaged from a water leak under our home. They got it cleaned up and dried, staying late til the job was done.
