This review is only about one part of the process. We had a house fire. The people who removed all of the damaged materials (wet rugs, burned sheet rock, etc.) deserve their own review. They were not very good. This review is about the folks who arrived afterwards to move our belongings out of the house. The people who came to our home and wrapped everything up, took our clothes, and possessions were amazing. They were led by Penny S. She called us about the items that were damaged. She pulled out my suit so it could be cleaned and I had it in time for a funeral. She had experts look at restoring artwork. She even found my wedding ring that had fallen of my dresser and got it to me. Penny was professional and emphatic. She kept us informed. She was super nice and answered all of our questions (over and over). We are very grateful for her and her team for taking care of our belongings!

Great company to do work in my home. Very professional crew. Banda crew got to work on time and did the work exactly as was expected. Would highly recommend Servpro for all home repairs. Removed wet flooring, dried it all out. Torn out old flooring and replaced new flooring, including carpet, painted walls where the baseboard had gotten wet. Cleaned up everything, hauled old flooring and carpet off.

But, as prompt and efficient as the remediation team was, the company lost its chance at a 5 star review by (as of this posting) not providing a bid for the reconstruction.
