I would like to give five stars to Hugo Marrufo and his team. Hugo managed our water damage demolition and cleanup for the kitchen and room with complete professionalism. He is an excellent team leader who communicates well and provides clear information. He maintained a clean site daily, worked efficiently, and effectively alleviated the stress of the process. The service was excellent. Although this was a difficult time, he ensured everything ran smoothly. He was very courteous while I worked from home, and I would certainly recommend his services again.

From the moment this team arrived, they helped make an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. They came in and packed up our entire home in what felt like no time at all! What impressed me most was how incredibly careful and gentle they were with our belongings. They treated everything as if it were their own. Every item was handled with care and respect, and even though they worked quickly, they never made us feel rushed. They also took the time to explain the entire process and patiently answer all of our questions. Their professionalism, kindness, and compassion truly stood out. When your home floods, you’re already dealing with so much emotionally. Having a team of people you can trust with your personal belongings makes a world of difference. I want to personally recognize Joanna, Yain, Alberto, Elizabeth, Hector, Jared, and the entire Team Araya crew for their outstanding work. You all deserve recognition for the care and dedication you put into your jobs! Thank you for treating our home and everything in it with such respect. You didn’t just help pack up our belongings. SERVPRO is an amazing company and would highly recommend. The team Kevin, Felix and Xavier did an amazing job from start to finish. Kevin was very informative and walked me through the steps on what will happen next. With Felix coming in to do the demo on the area that was wet from the pipe leak and lastly to Xavier giving me the great news the walls and floors were now dry, cleaning the area and letting me know it’s now ready for restoration. They were respectful of the home and cleaned up after. Thank you. Next steps restoration with SERVPRO.

Servpro recently completed a small reconstruction job for our HVAC platform at our home. Cesar did a great job with the work, was very friendly and communicated every step of the way. We contacted Servpro due to another vendors deceptive bid. Brittney Renaldo immediately scheduled the repairs as soon as we talked and we had Cesar he the next morning. I received 2 more calls after the job was complete making sure everything was good. I felt everyone I dealt with at Servpro cared about getting the job done right and making sure we were happy. The team who installed our insulation came back to finish the job the first team started. All 4 were hard working and kind. the 2nd team really finished it correctly. They were all hard working. Thank you
