Meet Our Team

Zachary Sloan is our General Manager here at SERVPRO Carthage, Joplin. He has several years of experience and is certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, and spending time with his family.

Bryan Morris is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin. He has been in the restoration industry since 2009 and 9 of those years have been cherished with SERVPRO and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning Technician, and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids, and dogs. He also enjoys fishing, golfing, and watching hockey.

Tyler Hicks is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin. He has 5+ years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching football.

Shane has been with SERVPRO Carthage, Joplin for over 3 years now. He works hard every day as our Reconstruction Manager, leading our recon crew to success and ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their projects. Shane spends his spare time floating on the creek, fishing and enjoying one on one time with nature.

Alyssa is one of our amazing Technicians at SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin. She works hard to get the job done quickly.

Cody is a part of our reconstruction crew. He has been apart of the SERVPRO family for over 2 years. Cody is a hard worker and goes above and beyond to ensure the happiness of our customers. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting!

Charles is one of our amazing crew chiefs in our water department. He has been apart of the SEVRPRO family for 2 years. He leads our crews from job to job and ensures all processes and systems are followed appropriately and ensures customer satisfaction upon completion of jobs. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family.

Ethan is our Re-Construction Project Manager here at SERVPRO Carthage, Joplin. He has been apart of our team for 4 years now. He is an asset to our team and we appreciate all he does for our customers. Ethan enjoys golfing and spending time with his family!

Jonathan is our amazing Warehouse Operations Supervisor and Contents Division Manager! He works hard and helps keep our operations in the warehouse organized. Jonathan is a huge Chiefs fan, but most recently became a Pitt State football fan due to his son joining the PSU football team.

David is a Restoration Supervisor at SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin. He also handles our mold department. David has been apart of the SERVPRO family for 3 years now.

Juanita is a Technician on our team. She is an efficient team member and we are lucky to have her on the SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin team.

Khali is our one of our amazing Crew Chiefs here at SERVPRO Carthage, Joplin. She has been apart of the SERVPRO family since she was in high school, working part time in the warehouse. She now is a full time hero at SERVPRO.

Jay is another great team member of our reconstruction department. He has an extensive skill set that really enhances our business. Jay recently became a father and is enjoying his new life as a dad.

Avery has recently joined the team as a water field technician. Since joining the team this year, he has gone above and beyond to ensure our community is well taken care of. Truly going into every situation with the expectation that he will leave the job "Like it never even happened".

Paige has recently joined the team as our Marketing / Account Manager. Paige is a member of Leads Group One at the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce as well as a member of the Carthage Chamber. She is also on the Resource Development team for the Boys and Girls Club. When she is not educating the community on our services, she can be found at some sporting complex with her family - cheering on her kiddos in whatever sport is in season.

Tandi Jones is the Fire Restoration Project Manager. She has been with the SERVPRO family for a decade. Tandi is IICRC certified and has her certifications in Odor Control, Fire, Smoke and Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Trauma. When she is not out saving the world from smoke and fire damage, she can be found at a camp site with her friends or off roading in her Jeep.
