My dad and I have been working with SERVPRO of Carthage, Joplin on and off since June and had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. They responded to our initial call exceptionally fast, came out in an hour, assessed the situation, and immediately went to work. Over the course of the project, the gentleman (whose name I can't remember) that was in charge of the demo, Shane, Zack, and everyone else were responsive, thoughtful, caring, and explained everything thoroughly. They were understanding with our many questions, were happy to pivot when we needed to, and were accommodating of our schedules. On top of that, their work ethic as they were working (which my father mentioned many times) was professional and uncompromising. We can't say enough positive things about the entire crew, their work, and how they conducted their business. The gentleman who headed up the initial assessment and the demo, Shane, and Zack deserve special praise. The guys, Austin and Avery, responsible for the Demo were pleasant, courteous, serious hard workers and always told me what to expect, which I appreciated. They also were considerate and thoughtful throughout the process. It was a tough job and they made it relatively painless for me. Both are a positive arm of your business.

Leon. Armani. Avery. And Alex and their team at Servpro came out fast gave me an estimate. Came out the next day to take care of my flooded basement. They were able to removed the wet carpet and dry walls within two days. Then drying took 2 days. Now on to the restoration process.
