What began in 2005 when Charles and Donna purchased their first SERVPRO franchise has since grown into a family-run network of six franchises spanning Allentown, Scranton, and the Pocono region. Under the leadership of Charles, Donna, and Daniel Doyle, the team is deeply rooted in and committed to serving our local community with the same high standards that started it all.

Cody and Justin were fantastic! The team responded quickly and immediately assessed the water damage, addressing the situation right away by placing a dehumidifier near the source of the water issue. Cody did an excellent job explaining what he was looking at during each step of the process and what to expect next. This company is truly top-notch! The handling of my belongings was professional and respectful, and every step was discussed with me ahead of time. Even after the demolition work on some of my walls, they left my home as clean and orderly as possible under the circumstances. We had the pleasure of dealing with Project Manager Anthony Marucci, working up here in the Lackawanna County area, specifically South Abington Twp. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. The contractor who did the remodeling work was REM who did a great job fixing all of the areas that needed fixing. The young men were very professional and personable, respectful.
