On October 20, 2026 I woke to 2-3 inches of water in my basement. This was 4:00 AM, I called SERVPRO and spoke to a representative who assured me a team would be assembled and be enroute to my home. Within 30 minutes I received a phone call from Jarrett Diehl, a restoration supervisor, he informed me that the team would be at my home around 6:45 AM. And true to his word, he, Andrew, and Nate arrived on time and immediately began work to remove the water and began moving articles of furniture and other items to a safe location. The way they worked amazed me very fast and professional. At the end of day one, driers and fans were placed to continue the process. The next morning the team arrived with Jarrett, Lance, Victoria and Esa to continue restoration and documentation of destroyed contents, to forward to insurance again, extremely professional by boxing up undamaged items for safe storage. On day 3 extreme drying began with all items remaining in the basement safely surrounded to keep them from any damage while demolition began removing affected drywall. On the last day, Jarrett and Derek arrived to assure the area was completely dry and removed all the equipment. Overall this process was much better than I had imagined. Jarrett and his team described in detail everything they had done and made recommendations for what happens next. This team did a fantastic job, I highly recommend SERVPRO and this team should you require that service.

I am so pleased with my service from Servpro. My Insurance adjuster told me to call. Jarrett from Servpro was here promptly. At a bad time with water in my upstairs bathroom, which came down through my kitchen ceiling and was on my kitchen floor, walls, and basement. He was great! He was friendly, helpful, informative, and helped me through the whole process. He is very knowledgeable about the entire process, including prevention of mold, the drying process, and eventually the removal of the wet materials. I had to move to a motel and he and the other employees quickly removed the wet tile, molding, repaired the toilet turn off, and also cleaned on the last day. I didn’t need to clean anything when I came home. Any questions I had, he took the time to answer them. That in itself at the end relieved the stress I was dealing with. I would recommend Servpro to anyone to make the process of dealing with water damage easier.

Servpro of ebensburg (Austin and Braxden) did a great job assessing our damage, explaining what they were going to do and did a good job at getting it done and also did a good job cleaning up. The supervisor Mikey, was also very professional and helpful and really cares about the customer and providing good customer service Overall a really good experience.
Chuck Rager And David Zentack are the best!!! I would recommend these gentlemen for every job!!! Very detailed and cared about the final results. Very professional… the entire Servpro team including office personnel were fantastic and the girls made sure my experience was satisfactory above and beyond my expectations!!!
