An incoming line in an upstairs bathroom busted and flooded the bathroom and into the hallway which then seeped down into the kitchen and dining room on the first floor. Megan was extremely helpful. She cleaned the ductwork and pointed out to us that it needed to be cleaned. She also took photographs of all of our damaged objects in the house for us to send to the insurance company. She was very helpful and made an extremely tough situation more manageable. John kilday
