To add insult to injury, a skunk sprayed one of my grandpuppies late at night last week while my son and his wife were dealing with a serious health emergency. They did not have the time to figure out how to fix a house smelling of skunk, so I called ServPro of St. Louis Central to see if they could help. Their team met my son within 2 hours and took care of the problem. They were so nice to him and very efficient. The office staff who helped me set this up was so amazing too. I was very pleased with the Servpro team that came to my house to begin the remediation process for burst pipes caused by the extreme cold temperatures this winter. The team, led by Heather, was professional, courteous, and always on time. They talked me through everything that they were doing and everyday they cleaned up the area they were working on. And, they were friendly and easy to talk to!!
