To add insult to injury, a skunk sprayed one of my grandpuppies late at night last week while my son and his wife were dealing with a serious health emergency. I was very pleased with the Servpro team that came to my house to begin the remediation process for burst pipes caused by the extreme cold temperatures this winter. The team, led by Heather, was professional, courteous, and always on time. They talked me through everything that they were doing and everyday they cleaned up the area they were working on.
