I had a power bank explode and catch my home office on fire. Juan was out within an hour of me calling and explaining what happened. He took pictures and had everything set up for mitigation and cleaning within days. He answered all my questions honestly and steered in the best direction for my home. Huge thanks to Juan and his team!
To add insult to injury, a skunk sprayed one of my grandpuppies late at night last week while my son and his wife were dealing with a serious health emergency. They did not have the time to figure out how to fix a house smelling of skunk, so I called ServPro of St. Louis Central to see if they could help. Their team met my son within 2 hours and took care of the problem. They were so nice to him and very efficient. The office staff who helped me set this up was so amazing too. It was one less thing we had to worry about and that peace of mind was so helpful during a time of crisis. Thank you so much! Five stars. Highly recommend!
Nathan, Donnie and Christina did a great job! I would definitely use their service again and would ask for this team specifically! I am very pleased with Servpro's attention to detail and quality service from this team!!
Wonderful service from the techs. Conner, Chris, and yeni were all amazing.
Connor, Chris, and Yeni did an outstanding job! They went above and beyond to make sure the area and affected items were cleaned and throughly sanitized. I would definitely use their service again and would ask for this team specifically! I am very pleased with Servpro's attention to detail and quality service!!
I was very pleased with the Servpro team that came to my house to begin the remediation process for burst pipes caused by the extreme cold temperatures this winter. The team, led by Heather, was professional, courteous, and always on time. They talked me through everything that they were doing and everyday they cleaned up the area they were working on. And, they were friendly and easy to talk to!!
