SERVPRO of Okanagan Valley

My experience with SERVPRO Kelowna has highlighted the value of responsive service, practical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Brandon and Luc were professional during the initial remediation work. They adapted to the practical limitations of our crawlspace, installed the equipment, and were approachable throughout the visit. What particularly stood out was Toby's personal follow-up when questions arose about the treatment and moisture levels. He came to the property, photographed and assessed the situation, considered the home's air tightness, and discussed the moisture readings with us. His detailed, customized recommendations addressed our concerns and gave us the reassurance we needed to proceed with the next steps. I also appreciated Chandler's direct communication when further discussion was needed. Open dialogue and a willingness to examine the details are important when addressing the complexities of moisture remediation in an older home. Our project is continuing, with crawlspace encapsulation planned following the necessary repairs. We look forward to a full assessment of the insulation once encapsulation is complete. I appreciate the time, attention, and individual contributions of everyone involved. Toby's hands-on approach, in particular, demonstrated how listening to concerns, investigating the circumstances, and developing a solution suited to the property can build confidence and move a project forward. Thank you to the SERVPRO Kelowna team. I look forward to seeing the project through to completion.

Had Steve come to my house in West Kelowna after a door leak caused water damage to a wall and ceiling below it. Really appreciated the communication and follow up to resolve my issue. Prompt professional assistance and service.

Chandler, Toby and the team provided first class service from the moment the issue was discovered to working with our insurer and the final rebuild. I've worked with several Okanagan restoration companies and Servpro stands out from the pack.

Employees were courteous and swift and were concerned about our prolem and solved this issue very quickly. Rob took care of the customer service side and took all our calls. Ashton was the Service Technician who was great!!

Standee came and took a look at my home, to make sure it was safe to proceed with renovations. She worked quickly and was very informative.

ServPro did an awesome job dealing with our water damage. Luke & Brandon were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Toby and his crew were outstanding from the 1st contact, to quote, their followup, communication about timing, and the process of the job! Sara and Brandon did an absolute amazing job cleaning up the 10 year vacant property and restoring its' original beauty and charm! Would absolutely use and recommend this division of SERVPRO again - by far some of the top service we have encountered in a long time in BC!
